Sacred Shore: We are honored to be a partner in carrying forward the 48 year history of this vineyard. A source of some of the most pedigreed Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the Willamette Valley, a few pockets of the vineyard were reserved with an eye towards a diverse future. The fruit was 20% destemmed with 80% whole clusters sorted on top. Native yeasts carried out a fermentation that included primarily aerative pumpovers and a few targeted pigeage. The wine saw 20 months élevage in neutral French oak on its lees before being racked to steel before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.

We taste as much or more Oregon wine in a given year than anyone on the planet. We look for the needles in the haystacks, the wines you won't find in your local wine store. Wineries have long sought our help to sell their most limited, unique bottlings.

We are picky. We like to sell wines that we like to drink. We prefer to taste the wines sell over several days; we want to know how a wine will evolve, how it pairs with food.
