This continues to delightfully obliterate my expectations—as in, I know it's going to be good because it's from the incomparable X Omni vineyard, but holy-sh!t! 
Chiseled and fresh from the outstanding 2019 vintage, this is even more my style of Blanc des Blancs than its 2018 predecessor. Tons of lemon-zesty brilliance and juicy tangerine join hazelnut and sweet almond; then the wonderfully limestone-y minerality shines. What makes it even more "my style" is that it's all delivered with a creamy texture that makes you wake up thinking about great bottles of bubbles. Yeah, dreamy. -Marcus

Crafted from 17 clones of chardonnay that are co-planted together in the same block, our X-Omni Blanc des Blancs highlights the power of field blends to spotlight the terroir of a site. 

96 points Wine Enthusiast: "This frothy treat is about as good as it can possibly get in the Willamette Valley with sparkling chardonnay. Classic brioche and butter aromas meld seamlessly with notes of toasted filberts and lemon. A laser beam of acidity guides flavors of lemon verbena, grapefruit and touches of marzipan and olive oil."

Impacted by the high elevation, Van Duzer Corridor winds, and volcanic soils, these grapes seem destined for sparkling wine of the highest caliber. Fine bubbles, a pretty lemon color, and lush flavors of lemon meringue catch the attention immediately. Let the wine sift down through your palate and you’ll find the length, depth, texture and persistence of world-class fizz. This is striking and crystalline in nature with mineral-tinged bubbles and tart orchard fruits, taking on creamy textures as it travels across the palate. We taste as much or more Oregon wine in a given year than anyone on the planet. We look for the needles in the haystacks, the wines you won't find in your local wine store. Wineries have long sought our help to sell their most limited, unique bottlings.
