Brick House is on a serious roll -- to me, the wines have never been better! Les Dijonnais '16 is simply sublime, densely packed with the most attractive array of red berries, wrapped delicately in a tapestry of floral, clove, and mineral tones. We've had a bottle open for four days and it's still bright and fresh -- this should last a good long while in your cellar, unless you want to dive right in now which we wholeheartedly encourage. Not yet reviewed, we expect (demand, even) righteous scores for this most righteous wine. An essential Pinot noir in any Oregon collection. - Marcus
94 points Vinous: "Powerful, smoke-accented red berry liqueur, cola and lavender pastille scents show excellent clarity and pick up notes of Asian spices and savory herbs with air. Sweet and expansive on the palate, displaying concentrated but lively black raspberry, cherry cola and floral pastille flavors, appealing spiciness and a building mineral quality. Finishes with solid, spicy thrust and silky, slowly building tannins that fold smoothly into the wine's sappy, persistent fruit."

94+ points Wine Advocate: "Pale ruby-purple in color, the 2015 Pinot Noir les Dijonnais offers up a beautiful perfume of potpourri, rose petals, kirsch, raspberry preserves and mulberries with nuances of underbrush, sautéed herbs, anise and cloves. Light to medium-bodied, this wine gives a wonderful intensity of perfumed red berry and earth flavors, framed by firm, grainy tannins and lively acid, finishing with great persistence and depth."

"High-pitched aromas of red berries, Asian spices and fresh rose, with a smoky mineral note sneaking in with air. Silky and precise on the palate, offering sweet raspberry and floral pastille flavors and hint of licorice adding depth. Distinctly elegant, with supple tannins adding shape to a long, floral-dominated finish. - JR
