The palate is mouth-filling yet nervy, driven by crunchy acidity and a firm mineral core. Taut and focused, with energy and precision throughout. 100% Maresh Vineyard Dijon clone, planted in 1991. Drink or hold."

Tightly coiled green apple, lime zest and mint. Fresh, refined and proportional. Perfect with prawns and a lime cream sauce.

Tank Fermented (hence the name) for 10 months and finished in barrel for 6 months, 30% new Sirgue Allier extra tight grain french oak. 13.0%

99 points Wine Advocate: "Pure, ultra perfumed, intense and layered, with alluring white peaches and lilac interwoven with cashews and honeycomb on the nose. The palate derives incredible energy from the push-pull of those deeper tones with salty, energetic acidity, and it finishes with extraordinary length."

Fermented and aged in tank for one year, then transferred to barrel for another six months of aging.

We taste as much or more Oregon wine in a given year than anyone on the planet. We look for the needles in the haystacks, the wines you won't find in your local wine store. Wineries have long sought our help to sell their most limited, unique bottlings.
