Up until now, Alexana’s Gran Coeur Bordeaux blend has had all the fun; it’s been one of our most popular red wines of the last three years. But as that sells through its final couple cases of the final vintage we look to the Southern Rhone-style blend of Gran Rouge to keep things rolling!
Much like the Gran Coeur, Gran Rouge is uniquely elegant owing to the fact that it’s a Washington red made in a Willamette Valley Pinot-focused winery. A winning blend of 50% Grenache and 25% each Syrah and Mourvedre, the ‘17 features a welcoming spice-wrapped heart of black cherry. Juicy, generous, velvety and balanced, it’s ready for you now.
