This spectacular vineyard sits on a 650 foot bench on the western flank of the Eola-Amity Hills. It stares directly into the Van Duzer Corridor, the gap in the Coast Range which funnels cool Pacific Ocean air into the valley, imbuing Sojeau Pinot Noirs with unmistakable energy. The ‘24 is darker in fruit, replete with layers of plum and black cherry, plus a spicy spine of clove and white pepper.

94 points Paul Gregutt: "Garnering acclaim from a number of high profile producers, the Sojeau vineyard here puts the flash on bright, energetic raspberry fruit, orange-tinged acids, sandalwood, breakfast tea and a trailing finish with a touch of cranberry scones. Still quite young and already delicious, prime drinking for this wine would be the first half of the 2030s."

We taste as much or more Oregon wine in a given year than anyone on the planet. We look for the needles in the haystacks, the wines you won't find in your local wine store. Wineries have long sought our help to sell their most limited, unique bottlings.
