The most precocious of the three, loaded with Pinot's red berry deliciousness alongside toasted almonds and baked apple. Great texture, weight, and acidity for food pairing but also great for sipping (see: precocious).

  • Rich Korean Comfort Food: Bossam (boiled pork belly wrap) served with salted shrimp sauce and radish salad, where the wine's acidity cuts through the fat while the raspberry notes complement the pork.

  • Earth & Game: Braised rabbit legs or a decadent wild mushroom risotto topped with shaved black truffles to pair with the toasted almond undertones.

  • Decadent Seafood: Pan-seared sea scallops in a rich hazelnut brown butter sauce to mirror the wine's baked apple and nutty complexity.

Life's too short to drink bad wine.

We taste as much or more Oregon wine in a given year than anyone on the planet. We look for the needles in the haystacks, the wines you won't find in your local wine store. Wineries have long sought our help to sell their most limited, unique bottlings.

We are picky. We like to sell wines that we like to drink. We prefer to taste the wines sell over several days; we want to know how a wine will evolve, how it pairs with food. We want to know if it truly belongs in your cellar, in your glass, and we want to provide you with guidance on how and when it'll be its best.
