Terolde-what? Unless you’re deep into Italy’s Trentino-Alto Adige region, you may never come across Teroldego. Very (very) little is planted in the U.S., let alone the Willamette Valley. But that doesn’t stop the intrepid Michael Lundeen, who handed us a bottle of his own Teroldego during a delivery a couple weeks ago and said ”try this tonight!” 

We were instant fans from the first sip. It's almost inky color and intense aromas belie it's bright and silky feel. Bright red fruit and fresh picked blackberry sing with Teroldego’s signature fresh acidity. Hints of dark chocolate, clove, and black pepper round out this fun, engaging red. Try it with a plate of sausages, grilled peppers, and polenta.

Life's too short to drink bad wine.

We taste as much or more Oregon wine in a given year than anyone on the planet. We look for the needles in the haystacks, the wines you won't find in your local wine store. Wineries have long sought our help to sell their most limited, unique bottlings.

We are picky. We like to sell wines that we like to drink. We prefer to taste the wines sell over several days; we want to know how a wine will evolve, how it pairs with food. We want to know if it truly belongs in your cellar, in your glass, and we want to provide you with guidance on how and when it'll be its best.
