Corollary's exploration of the vintage is a new sparkling wine staple for the Willamette Valley and for us—we're convinced it should be for all bubbles lovers. The orange character that greets you in both aroma and taste is incredibly attractive; then it's complemented by bright raspberry and mouthwatering lemon. A lovely nutmeg accent rounds out the party—and this feels like a party. Filled with intention, refreshment, and as the winemakers say, soul. 64% Chardonnay, 23% Pinot Noir, 8% Pinot Meunier, 5% Pinot Blanc. 2g/L dosage.

From Jeanne and Dan: Crafted from fruit from five carefully selected vineyards, Cuvée One expresses the soul of Oregon sparkling. The blend changes year to year to allow us to showcase the best of what the vintage gives us. Notes of orange blossom, juicy lemon, and white raspberry, a touch of warming spice, and a lingering flinty finish.

We taste as much or more Oregon wine in a given year than anyone on the planet. We look for the needles in the haystacks, the wines you won't find in your local wine store. Wineries have long sought our help to sell their most limited, unique bottlings.

We are picky. We like to sell wines that we like to drink. We refer to taste the wines sell over several days; we want to know how a wine will evolve, how it pairs with food.
