Chris Upchurch is a legendary Washington winemaker, best known as the founding winemaker of DeLille. He chose Red Mountain for his personal family label and vineyard.

The UV Estate Cabernet Sauvignon has elegant aromas of dark fruit, blueberries, bramble berries, and white flowers on the nose that continue into the glass followed by notes of toasty oak and sage. Deep, dark ruby in appearance. Great depth, with ripe, juicy tannins, and a plush mouthfeel. This is a complete wine, fully balanced, with good lift. Aged in 90% new French Oak barriques for 20 months.
