The gateway to White Walnut's brilliant Pinot noirs and for my tastes, a step up from last year's release (2021, a tough act to follow). Brimming with Dundee Hill red fruits bolstered by a blue fruit layer bottom note, what begins as an elegant initial impression quickly shows a voluminous expansion. This finish sails with spiced complexity,   raspberry sauce, and lavender. A dynamic teeter totter of silky, sultry energy. 

This is where Chris Mazepink's dogmatic dedication to the Dundee Hills begins and we know you'll love it. 

The 2022 'Dundee Hills Pinot Noir’ is a regional blend showcasing the very best of the Dundee Hills AVA. Highly detailed aromas of wilted violets, Swiss chocolate and raspberry paste ascend from the glass coalescing with notes of red rose petals and dried baking spices. I’m struck by the complexity of this wine, at such a young age, as layer upon layer of blueberries, minerals and lavender cascade across the palate. This wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered showing our commitment to minimal intervention winemaking.
