Corollary's exploration of the vintage is a new sparkling wine staple for the Willamette Valley—filled with intention, refreshment, and as the winemakers say, soul. It's hard to go wrong when it begins with a beautiful core of X Omni vineyard Chardonnay (43% of the blend). Expert blending by a people who know sparkling wine establishes Cuvée One as a new house favorite, for me and I'm quite sure for you, too.

From Jeanne and Dan, winemakers: Crafted from fruit from five carefully selected vineyards, Cuvée One expresses the soul of Oregon sparkling. This wine delivers notes of orange blossom, lemon verbena, and crushed oyster shell with a long finish. 

The final blend is 66% Chardonnay, 27% Pinot noir, and 7% Pinot blanc. 5g/L dosage.
