Produced to the east of the island of Ischia, 100 meters above sea level, in Punta del Lume, commonly called “o' lummo”.

The aforementioned area took its name from a rocky ridge that had the appearance of a lamp. The grapes are harvested in the first ten days of October, slightly overripe, the pressing and squeezing still take place in the ancient way in small caves dug into the lapilli, the must obtained remains for 12 hours in the cool in these caves, then it is transported by sea with wooden boats to the village of Ischia Ponte and then to the cellar in Campagnano, here it will be vinified with the classic technique for white wines.
