An outstanding, delicious Willamette Valley Chard. Great fruit, mouthwatering freshness, we honestly can't imagine any Chardonnay drinker loving it any less than we do. 

The winery: This 2023 bottling is comprised of three dry-farmed vineyards planted in volcanic soils and hand-harvested on Sept. 9th, 10th & 17th. The clusters were gently pressed and the juice sent tank to begin their wild yeast fermentation. Once initiated, the wines were moved to French and Austrian oak to finish primary and malolactic fermentation. Bottled without filtration after 11 months.

Old Eight Cut, named for a diamond cut dating back to the 1400s using simple tools and few cuts to enhance the natural brilliance of the stone without disguising its true nature.

We taste as much or more Oregon wine in a given year than anyone on the planet. We look for the needles in the haystacks, the wines you won't find in your local wine store. Wineries have long sought our help to sell their most limited, unique bottlings.
