Our new favorite "house" aka incredible value Nebbiolo, Reverdito's 2019 "Simane" is the best value Langhe Nebbiolo we've come across. So many of our Italian wine fans have discovered Reverdito Barolo and it won't surprise anyone that their base-model Nebbiolo is also great. Honestly, dollar for dollar, the Langhe Nebbiolo is even better than Reverdito's Barolo. Unmistakable Nebbiolo aromas, silky fruit to sink into, lovely structure to unfurl over an evening or even a couple days.

Reverdito returns thanks to a switch in importers and proves that there are still undiscovered gems in Barolo! This has always been fantastic juice for the coin but the new vintage is step above all of its predecessors thanks to the winery's hiring of consultant Dante Scaglione, who spent 15 years as head oenologist for Bruno Giacosa, one of Piedmont's legendary producers. His influence is clearly felt through an overall refined elegance.

We taste as much or more Oregon wine in a given year than anyone on the planet. We look for the needles in the haystacks, the wines you won't find in your local wine store. Wineries have long sought our help to sell their most limited, unique bottlings.

We are picky. We like to sell wines that we like to drink. We refer to taste the wines sell over several days; we want to know how a wine will evolve, how it pairs with food. We want to know if it truly belongs in your cellar, in your glass, and we want to provide you with guidance on how and when it'll be its best.
