A source of some of the most pedigreed Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the Willamette Valley, a few pockets of the vineyard were reserved with an eye towards a diverse future. The fruit was 20% destemmed with 80% whole clusters sorted on top. Native yeasts carried out a fermentation that included primarily aerative pumpovers and a few targeted pigeage.
