If the Willamette Valley and California had a Chardonnay baby, it might taste something like this. What you get from the Oregon side is beautiful acidity, bright orchard and citrus fruits, and subtle minerality. The creaminess and vanillin, well you can guess which parent is responsible for that. We jest, though, since really it’s a different, slightly polarizing, refreshingly yummy take on Willamette Valley Chardonnay. We think you’ll dig it.
