Unstoppably delicious, velvety Cabernet fruit plays center stage–dark cherry, rich blueberry, blackberry sauce–with cameos from some of our favorite accents: violets, graphite, tobacco. It’s pretty great right out of the bottle, and it’ll show you some classic Cab structure. Located within the SeVein vineyard development on the Oregon side of the Walla Walla AVA (where many Walla Walla’s best vineyards are located), Octave sits directly above the historic Seven Hills vineyard.
