An explosive bottle of bubbles that made me an instant believer. Being an enormous fan of Morgen Long's X Omni Chardonnay, I'll admit that I couldn't wait to taste this wine. Expectations like that are difficult to meet, let alone exceed, but herein lies the microcosm for Corollary's wines: a delightful obliteration of expectations, a resolution of holy-sh!t-these-are-outstanding lingering for weeks. I love the Chardonnay character that shines through, the richness playing off the mouthwatering acidity. I am thirsty just thinking of it.
 

Crafted from 17 clones of chardonnay that are co-planted together in the same block, the X-Omni Blanc de Blancs highlights the power of field blends to spotlight the terroir of a site. 

94 points and Wine of the Week 6/23 from Paul Gregutt: "From a top vineyard in this Chardonnay-centric AVA, this exceptional all-Chardonnay bubbly deserves the center ring in the Corollary portfolio. I love the purity, the power and the precision of this wine. Fermented in neutral oak, left on the lees for six months, then re-fermented en tirage for three and a half years, this expressive wine is as close the Champagne as you can find in Oregon. Pay attention to the finish, which lingers and keeps adding nuances and details all the way through."

We taste as much or more Oregon wine in a given year than anyone on the planet. We look for the needles in the haystacks, the wines you won't find in your local wine store. Wineries have long sought our help to sell their most limited, unique bottlings.
