2013 vintage notes
Ultra silky. Opening with currant, cedar, and eucalyptus, transitioning to a gorgeously satin-like body of red plum, currant, and bottom notes of blackberry mingling with milk chocolate through the finish, accented by fried sage leaf (so good!). Super inviting when first opened, but even silkier on day two. I recommend holding for a couple years to add textural richness - I'm certain it will have a long cellar life well past that. - Marcus
