$44.45 in any 12 bottle or Build a Case* order ($49.95 regular)Our favorite 2015 Walter Scott
The debut of Dubay is flat-out awesome! If forced to choose, I'd say it's my favorite of the 2015 single vineyards. Bursting with energy and dark berry wildness, wrapped in a sophisticated shell. Beautifully layered, adding hints of blood orange -- my favorite winter citrus that's the prefect balance of sweet and bitter -- this is surprisingly showy already yet will have a solid decade or more of longevity. As Ken and Erica said, this wine is NUTTY good! Only 125 casesDisruption Wine Co. Red Wine 2014
$14.35 in any 12 bottle or Build a Case* order ($15.95 regular)"More Wine, Less Ego"
Dude. This juice is for real! Putting a finer point on it: the best value Washington red wine available right now. We've found it tough, close to impossible, to find well-made Washington wine for less than $15. It appears Andrew Latta felt the same way, which helped spur the launch of the aptly named Disruption label, with the above motto. 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Malbec has never tasted this good for this price. An exemplary Tuesday night pour, singing with gulpable black cherry and black berry flavors. Fresh and vibrant, 13.9% alcohol, down the hatch and by (buy) the case.Whistling Dog NSV Estate Pinot noir 2013
$16.15 in any 12 bottle or Build a Case* order ($17.95 regular)
$16 + Estate-grown Pinot = slam dunk
It is important to understand that in most (all?) Pinot noir-producing regions of the world, you won't see "Estate" and "$16" in the same sentence, let alone the same paragraph. But Whistling Dog has been delivering values like this for years, grown and vinified by their own hands. "Yeah Marcus, but is it good?," predicting the inevitable questions. It is fantastic! Extended barrel time (18 months) and bottle time have made this sing a supple and seamless song. A Pinot noir that out-classes its peers, and an easy choice for a case-buy.Resonance Chardonnay Hyland Vineyard 2015
$46.75 in any 12 bottle or Build a Case* order ($51.95 regular)94 points Wine Spectator, from a Montrachet to Oregon
"Expressive aromas of spicy lees and lemon curd open to complex and voluptuous baked pear, nutmeg and toast flavors that linger on the finish. Drink now through 2019."
Made by world-famous winemaker Jacques Lardiere, who spent 42 years at the helm of Maison Louis Jadot before moving to Oregon to head Resonance. Lardiere spent decades making Montrachet, (which sell for hundreds of dollars).Ken Wright Cellars Bryce Vineyard Pinot noir 2014
$53.95 in any 12 bottle or Build a Case* order ($59.95 regular)96 points Wine Enthusiast, a fitting tribute to Bryce
"This riveting wine displays the exceptional finesse and precision that fruit from this AVA can deliver. Its Pinot Noir expressed in the most subtle and demanding way. Beautifully orchestrated red fruits, sappy acids, lush spices, perfect balance and an immaculate mineral-soaked finish are all on display."Sheridan L'Orage Cabernet Sauvignon 2014
$49.45 in any 12 bottle or Build a Case* order ($54.95 regular)Unparalleled Washington Cab
2014 is the 14th vintage of L'Orage I've tasted. Unequivocally, with zero exaggeration, the single best L'Orage is the 2014. Unparalleled in its allure and velvety rich texture. Beautifully supple layers of black and red fruits, purple flowers, a finish that fans out with creamy mocha, tobacco and licorice. As impossible as it is to resist today, it's every bit as good after being open for twenty four hours, which bodes well for its age worthiness. I will be stunned if this doesn't receive a massive score but you know what? It won't matter, because I guarantee you will love it.
