Two 100 Pointers: Our Highest Rated Syrah Offer Ever!

This is our highest rated Washington Syrah offer ever. Not just one, but two 100-point wines, plus 98s and the "lowly" 95. Holy bonkers.

The reviews for the 2015s came out earlier this year and made our eyes pop and jaws drop. There was only one thing to do: I had to taste them for myself. So I went to K Vintners Jet City winery in Seattle yesterday and will happily confirm: these wines are the real deal. And they arrive this week!

Most of the massive scores come from the Washington wine critic we respect most, Jeb Dunnuck, who authored the last several years of amazing K Vintners reviews during his tenure at The Wine Advocate before launching his own site, Jeb knows world class Syrah when he tastes it, having written professionally about all things Rhone since 2008.

Due to limited supply and the need to spread the vino around, we cannot break up the contents of the case and 6-pack. We appreciate your understanding and have at it!

K Vintners Highest Rated Ever Syrah Case
1 bottle K Vintners Cattle King Syrah 2015
100 points Jeb Dunnuck: "It's beautifully concentrated, has no hard edges, thrilling purity, and a gorgeous, layered, awesome, multi-dimensional style. It needs short-term cellaring but is a monumental wine from Washington."
1 bottle K Vintners The Hidden Syrah 2015
100 points Jeb Dunnuck: "Seriously badass, deep, rich, balanced beauty. Concentrated, thick, and huge, yet with no weight on the palate, building tannin, and incredible elegance, it needs to be tasted to be believed. It's unquestionably one of the greatest Syrah from this team."
6 bottles K Vintners Powerline Syrah 2015
98 points Jeb Dunnuck: "A true powerhouse on the palate, with terrific concentration, building tannin, and a great, great finish, it's a singular, incredible wine that does everything right."
2 bottles K Vintners The Beautiful Syrah 2015
98 points Wine Advocate: "The Beautiful is fabulous, ... it's full-bodied, velvety and lavishly textural, cutting a broad swath across the palate, with a deep core of dark fruit and pungent savory nuance... It's a compelling Syrah that brooks no argument."
2 bottles K Vintners The Deal Syrah 2015
95 points Jeb Dunnuck: "Smoking notes of red and black fruits, black olive, smoked earth and a huge meatiness. Full-bodied, silky and seamless, with a rock, mineral, backward style."

A few notes on the 2015 K Syrahs
Damn, the K team is in top form. From the excellent value, appropriately named The Deal up to the biggies, the entire line-up impressed me. Did I have a favorite? A far too difficult question to answer...The Beautiful was just that -- the showiest wine yesterday -- and Powerline delivered on my expectations with surprising complexity to match its girth (my expectations partly founded by Powerline 2014 being Wine Spectator's #2 wine in their 2017 Top 100). And then I arrived at The Hidden and wrote, "hey now!," the wine having commanded my attention with its superior breadth, texture, and length. Alas...they wouldn't pour Cattle King as it is way beyond spoken for, so I'll have to live vicariously through Jeb and through the notes you share when you crack a bottle. - Marcus

We're looking forward to helping you with an order. Thanks for your support!
