Dancing the Cameron Two-Step: Reserve Chard and Pinot

It's dance-lesson time and today, it's the Cameron two-step. Step one: receive your Cameron Reserve offer. Step two: pounce!

2016 Cameron Reserve Dundee Hills Chardonnay and Pinot are, as we fully expected, fantastic. Barrel selections from the stupendous Clos Electrique and Abbey Ridge Vineyards, made in minuscule quantities, they harness all we love about Cameron and the 2016 vintage. We're afraid to lavish them with more praise for fear we'll have to say "no" to that many more interested wine lovers. Alas, the dance must go on so here we go and a 3, 2, 1...

Cameron Reserve Dundee Hills Chardonnay 2016
$33.25 in any 12 bottle or Build a Case* order ($36.95 regular)
Two barrels from the iconic Clos Electrique. That's right, only 50 cases were made which means (like so many Cameron wines) it will be gone in a flash. Imminently tasty upon release, with outstanding character and electricity, shining with sweet pear, lemon, and marzipan. Silky and totally delicious. - Marcus

$35.95 in any 12 bottle or Build a Case* order ($39.95 regular)
We are so high on the 2016s -- here's yet another reason why. A selection made mostly of 42 year-old Abbey Ridge Vineyard Pommard, this delivers the wonderfully red-fruited nature of '16 wrapped in Cameron's distinct style. Lavender, black and red cherries, fresh raspberry, smoky minerals, sultry goodness. All of the Cameron energy and personality is in here. While not quite as limited as the Reserve Chard, we still expect this to disappear quickly.  - Marcus

$22.45 in any 12 bottle or Build a Case* order
($24.95 regular)
A complex and refreshing white blend, inspired by Friulian (Northeastern Italy) whites, comprised of Friulano, Pinot gris, Pinot blanc, Muscat, and Auxerrois. Sashaying from lemon to mint to summer stone fruits with a cool salted almond note towards the finish, this screams for shellfish (come get me!). Very limited.

We're looking forward to helping you with an order. Thanks for your support and have a great weekend!
