95 point Beaux Freres: Here We Go Again!

When we saw Wine Spectator Insider's Oregon scores this morning we thought, here we go again! Beaux Freres' flagship Pinot grabbed another 95 point rave. Last time that happened (last year) it was #3 in Wine Spectator's Top 100 Wines of 2016.

Deja vu? It won't surprise us a bit.

Beaux Freres Pinot noir The Beaux Freres Vineyard 2015

$85.45 in any 12 bottle or Build a Case* order ($94.95 regular)

95 points Wine Spectator: "Offers impressive presence and polish, with a multilayered, complex core wrapped in rich and expressive blueberry and cherry flavors. Drink now through 2025."

While tasting the '15 with winemaker emeritus Mike Etzel, who's one of the least hype-type guys in the business, he very flatly said "this is a better wine than the 2014." We couldn't, and wouldn't disagree. Greater overall balance and buoyancy, it's a true beauty. - Marcus

Also striking it big in Wine Spectator: Bergstrom. Their Shea Vineyard shines with prettiness, showing a lovely melange of fruit intensity, floral, and mineral elements. Yum!

Bergstrom Shea Vineyard Pinot noir 2015

$56.65 in any 12 bottle or Build a Case* order ($62.95 regular)

93 points Wine Spectator: "Sleek and polished, with lovely raspberry and fresh violet aromas that open to harmonious dark cherry, stony mineral and black tea flavors. Drink now through 2022."

We're looking forward to helping you with an order. Thanks for your support!
