94 point Pinot: Goff Shea '14

If you don't know Steve Goff, you should. Winemaker and GM at Colene Clemens by day, winemaker of Stephen Goff by night, he's quietly making some of the Willamette Valley's best Pinot noirs.

We've been fans since vintage one and have included several of Steve's wines in our wine clubs. We are thrilled to see this morning's Wine Spectator Insider weigh in with a huge 94 point, "Hot Wine" review for his superb 2014 Shea Vineyard Pinot noir. Very small production, less than 200 cases made, so we recommend grabbing this asap!

94 points Wine Spectator, Hot Wine: "Polished and elegantly complex, with expressive dark cherry and violet aromas and rich seamless raspberry, licorice and spice flavors that glide toward refined tannins. Drink now through 2022. 196 cases made."

Stephen Goff Weber Vineyard Pinot noir 2014
$37.75 in any 12 bottle or Build a Case* order ($41.95 regular)
Steve Goff shows his finesse side with this bottling from Weber Vineyard. It's prototypical, and everything we like in Dundee Hills Pinot noir. Beaming red fruits, a touch of sweet orange mixing with autumn leaves, great minerality, supple texture. You can open and enjoy this today. An Oregon Reserve Pinot Noir Club selection. - Marcus
